Please read our Terms of Service carefully as what is shown here as by using ClickFraudDefender.com and the services of Click Fraud Defender LLC you are automatically agreeing to comply with these terms. If you disagree with these terms of service you may not use our services.

Definitions

We, Us, Our shall refer to Click Fraud Defender LLC, ClickFraudDefender.com, and it’s representatives, owners and management.

You, Your, Their refers to anyone subscribing to the services of Click Fraud Defender LLC, either on a free trial, as a subscriber, user or site visitor to ClickFraudDefender.com.

Ad Platforms refers to internet advertising software and services of companies such as Google.

Our Software refers to software created, owned, copyright and/or trademarked by Click Fraud Defender LLC or used on ClickFraudDefender.com.

Client Code refers to code that clients need to add to websites belong to them or their clients to allow the monitoring of visitor traffic.

Free Trial

Click Fraud Defender LLC offers a free trial (Our sole discretion). Each user, user agent, company, website, advertising campaign (Solely or as a group) is allowed only one free trial. Anyone or any agency attempting to gain a second free trial may at our sole discretion be banned permanently from using our software and websites. The purpose of the free trail is to allow you to test our software and services before you pay for them.

Free trials require that you give your billing information before the free trial begins. We will test the billing information through the credit card processor before your trail begins (Your card will not be charged at this time). If your billing information is accepted and all other conditions are met your free trial may begin. If your billing information is rejected you will need to submit corrected billing information before your free trial begins.

Click Fraud Defender LLC reserves the right to, at anytime and without notice, modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer or cancel the free trial offer.

If you decide to continue with the services of Click Fraud Defender LLC after your free trial ends, you do not need to do anything. We will bill your card automatically.

If you decide not to continue the services of Click Fraud Defender LLC you must go to the website, click the button that says cancel services, before the end of the free trial. Simply removing the software, leaving voice messages, sending emails or canceling the credit card does not cancel the service. You must go to the website and click “Cancel Service”. If you need help we would be happy to assist you but you must contact us before the subscription expires.

Subscriptions

The services of Click Fraud Defender LLC and ClickFraudDefender.com are on a subscription basis once the free trial expires. Your subscription will be billed on a recurring basis which will be either monthly or annually depending on the type of subscription plan you signed up for.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it by clicking “Cancel Service” on ClickFraudDefender.com or by contacting us for assistance in canceling your account prior to the automatic renewal.

If you cancel your account will be fully operable until the end of your paid subscription period.

You must provide a valid form of payment, credit card, for us to process your subscription payment. By providing us that information you authorized us to charge your credit card (or other payment method) for all subscription fees incurred by your account.

If automatic billing fail for any reason, Click Fraud Defender LLC, will send you an invoice by email requesting payment for the amount due and a deadline by which payment should be made.

Ad Platforms

Our service is designed to monitor and interact with the software of Ad Platforms such as Google. Before using our service, at your own cost, you will need to set up one or more advertising campaigns. Any agreements between you and the advertising agreements. We take no part in communications, negotiations, agreements or disputes between you and the advertising company.

No Refunds

There are no refunds for at any time for any reason with the exception of billing/accounting errors such as a credit card accidentally being overcharged.

Fee Changes

We reserve the right to change fees at our sole discretion. Fee changes will take place 30 days after they are announced. We will inform you so that you may stop your subscription if you do not approve with the fee change.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time without penalty or any other further obligations by using the “Cancel Feature” on the website. We will send you an automated email as proof that your cancellation has been accepted.

If You Cancel During the Free Trial

If you take all appropriate actions to cancel before the end of the free trail period your credit card will not be charged.

If You Cancel After the Free Trial

If you cancel after the free trail there are no refunds. Each month your account is debited for the amount of that month’s services. If you cancel any time during that month, whether it be the first day, last day or any day in-between there will be no refunds. However, you will still have full use of Click Fraud Defenders up until the time paid for expires.

We Reserve the Right To Cancel Accounts

By signing up for our services you agree not to participate in or instigate actions that violate our terms of service. Violating the TOS can result not only in cancellation of all your accounts, but can also result in legal actions against all parties involved.

We reserve the right to cancel the accounts of spammers, scammers, pornographers and rude people (including snobs). We created this service to benefit nice people so that they would not become the victims of bad people. If in our opinion anything you do or say is harmful to others your account can be shut down immediately.

We reserve the right to cancel the accounts of anyone, any business or any agency who violates our terms of service, violates Google Ads terms of service, who we believe may be using our services to undermine others our us, who attempt to monitor or intercept information flowing through CFD, who falsely post information that is false, who attempt to copy or clone our site or services. If your actions or your site do anything we feel would be harmful to anyone, especially children, we reserve the right to shut down your account immediately.

Data Back Up

It is your responsibility to back up any and all data related to your account. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing not to hold us responsibility from data loss, data processing, server interruptions, data erased at the beginning of service, while using service and at termination of service. You are also agreeing that we may erase all or part of data entered into the data platform by CFD at the time of account termination, although this is at our discretion and we are not legally obliged to do so.

Payment Processing Companies

All processing of payments will be done as an action between you and the processing company. Credit Card information will be stored on their servers not ours. Our responsibility lies only with billing errors that are made at our end. Security of your credit card and other personal information used during the online credit card processing company is between them and you. The final steps where you fill out your personal information and credit card information will be done on their servers. Not ours.

Monitoring

We reserve the right, to monitor the activity of all accounts, the associated websites, newsletters, blogs, etc for suspicious activities, fraud and other unacceptable forms of behavior. If something violates our guidelines we reserve the right to close your account immediately and take further actions if needed.

Users

All users must be legally authorized eligible to handle responsibilities for the company for which the advertising and CFD are used. This includes owners, operators, managers and other positions within your company that are authorized to represent the companies advertising interests. Individuals and Agencies hired by the company, if they have the company’s explicit permission may also use CFD. Any consequences good or bad of the actions rest solely on the user. The user and the company they are working for agree not to hold CFD responsible for the users actions, inactions, mistakes or problems relating to any communications device (including phone, email, computer, server, etc)belonging to any party to this transaction.

Age

All users must be 18 years of age or older. Click Fraud Defender LLC never knowingly provide it’s services to anyone under the age of 18. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from using our services or accessing our site.

Links to Other Websites

We may link to other third-party websites or services that are not owned by Click Fraud Defender LLC. We have no control over and take no responsibility for the content of these websites, their privacy policies, their actions or their intent. You agree not to hold Click Fraud Defender LLC responsible or liable for any type of loss, damage or content of these websites. We highly recommend you read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
